How do you find high-paying affiliate programs?

Look into affiliate networks liks cj, shareasale, clickbank, etc. You can sort by commision there.
Look for independent programs, here you can have the biggest commisions but they are more difficult to find, what I do is to search on google:
"my favorite product" + affiliate
It is my understanding that weigh loss and online dating are hot right now, but that is not something I like.
A word of caution, looking for higher commission alone will not warranty sucess, passion and knowledge for the subject will get you further ahead.
I have a friend who jumped into online dating just for the commision but he is now unable to get himself motivated to work on in at a steady pace. Passion is low and so is his income, regarless of the high commission.
